I returned this item because it was the worst phone I ever had to try to program and add names and numbers. I have other AT&T phones and this has to be the most confusing to add names and numbers.I wanted it for the battery power.

Bought this phone for my mom, she wears a hearing aid. She can hear better with this phone, but I wanted it to replace her kitchen phone, which was very old and stopped working. I wanted to mount it to the wall to save her counter space. But I cannot figure out how to mount it. The picture of it on the box looks like its flat, but its not. If I mount it to the wall the receiver won't stay on. So, instead I replaced her bedroom phone with this one. The only problem with it being in her bedroom is that she can't hear it ring when she is in her family room.

Worked great for a while, until display screen went out - just hieroglyphics now, making the display useless. Changing the batteries does not solve the problem. Also, when I did change the batteries, I lost all my information (i.e., display settings, options, etc.).

A few months old and the display screen is heiroglyphics. This is not fixed with new batteries. Also speaker goes in and out. Just not a quality product.
